Kristeel is in technical collaboration with M/s. Metal Etching technology U.S.A. Competency in manufacturing fine Pitch Aperture. The tolerance on Etched Aperture is +/- 1 Mil. Stretched Stencils on frames are manufactured using the highest quality imported Polyester mesh.

Surface Mounting Technology
- Imported Pneumatic Stretching machine used to stretch & mount on it.
- We manufacture glue stencil which is used to print adhesive for double-sided boards as an alternative to dispensing.
- We also manufacture micro stencils for printing and rework.

Laser Cut / Chem-Etched Stencils
Straight-sided features and cuts pastive taper (0.5 mil) that facilities clean and accurate release of solder paste. We achieve positional accuracy of better than 0.008 mm (0.5 mil) over the entire screen area.
Electro-form Stencils (on Request)
Electroforming is an additive process and differs from all other stencil manufacturing techniques, where metal is removed to produce the apertures. Because it is an additive process, the resultant apertures are accurate, well defined and contain naturally smooth walls that combine with their trapezoidal formation to offer the best paste release characteristics from the finest apertures.
Step-up-Step down Stencils
Step Stencils are normally required to provide additional paste height in certain areas of the PCB (Step Up stencil) or to provide lower solder paste height in certain areas of the PCB (Step Down Stencil) There are also applications where the PCB has raised areas on the surface of the board. In this case, a step relief pocket is required on the PCB side of the stencil. Kristeel offers step stencils options for all technology stencils.
Micro Stencils
Micro stencils are single component stencils, custom-designed to fit your application. Kristeel Micro stencil comes with neighboring components areas relieved, eliminating the need to remove neighboring components while printing on your loaded board. Micro stencil has formed sides for easy holding and it comes with a matching squeeze
Stencils Storage Rack
Manufactured from stainless steel material having high strength with portable dismantling type, that offers Flexibility for storage and movement. Moving wheels are provided to facilitate easy transportation of frame from store to production. Specially designed for better and maximum utilization of space for more stencil storage.

We manufacture standard & customised Thermal Paste Stencil & Fixtures. Stencil + Fixture assembly ease your work to dispense thermal paste which is a very high heat conductive and it effectively takes out the heat produced in LED.
Micro Component Stencil (Customised)
Micro components stencils are single components stencils, custom-designed to fit your microchip, QFN, IC's with no lead. Now, ease your all effort to repair complicated boards with Kristeel Micro Component Stencil. You can easily apply solder paste to your components directly place them into the board.
BGA Reballing
Kristeel has launched BGA Reballing for customers requiring high accuracy. All BGA stencils are Laser Cut & Electropolished for superior paste release.

PCB Inspection Templates
Kristeel manufactures Inspection Template specifically for the board you are assembling, you can visually identify components that are missing or out of place. Simply place the overlay template over the loaded board and the problem placements will be an obvious, effective way to perform quality control inspection on your boards.
Nanocoating of PCB is also done. Nano coating protects electronics parts from water, it makes PCB waterproof, prevents from short circuit, damages, etc. Nano coating creates a layer on it, which makes it highly durable.
Manual Stencil Printer
Rugged, compact & portable design for continuous and better deposition of solder paste and glue. High and precision qualities with fine adjustment knobs in X, Y & Z directions. Compatible with any stencil with a maximum frame size of 23″ x 23″.
Double-sided PCB can be printed best for a short production run.
Metal Squeegee Blade
Metal Squeegee blades are proven to provide improved print definition and more uniform print volume across the entire image area and consistency by offering a rigid, low–friction, steel edge for cleaner prints. This metal squeegee holder fits with any blades of DEK, MPM, Fuji, SMTech, and Panasonic.
